+ How long does delivery take?

Most Perth metro deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days. Regional WA and interstate take a little longer depending on freight schedules — your store will give you a realistic estimate when you order, and our delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient time. + Do you offer assembly services?

Yes — assembly is available in most metro areas for an additional fee, quoted when you book your delivery. Hi-Lo and adjustable beds are installed and tested by our team, so everything works before we leave.

+ Are your beds covered by warranty?

Yes. Our bed frames come with a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, and our mattresses, adjustable beds, Hi-Lo beds and lift chairs each carry their own manufacturer's warranty — many of them longer — confirmed on your receipt at purchase.
